Refund Policy

1. Nature of Products

All products and services available through Health Flow are digital educational content (articles, materials, or other online resources) and are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Right of Withdrawal (UK/EU Consumers)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, your statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once:

you have agreed to the immediate supply of digital content, and

the digital content has been made available or activated in your account. By accessing or downloading the digital content, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of the service and acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only possible in the following limited cases:

the digital content was not delivered due to a verified technical error; or

a duplicate or erroneous charge occurred.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed only to the original payment method used for purchase.

5. No Partial Refunds for Used Credits

Where Credits or access tokens have been used to unlock content, those transactions are considered completed and are non-refundable, except in cases of technical failure
